Property Score

Score the property before you outsource or automate more.

A short, safe owner intake that reviews listing clarity, guest workflow, owner approvals, platform readiness and direct-booking preparation before any pilot commitment.

What the score reviews

A practical readiness check, not a fake forecast.

The score identifies what should improve first and which service path makes sense. It does not claim revenue, occupancy, ranking or booking uplift.

Listing clarity

Can guests understand the stay, rooms, amenities and fit quickly?

Guest workflow

Which questions, drafts and exceptions should become a managed queue?

Owner approvals

Which price, promise, supplier or platform decisions must stay owner-approved?

Platform readiness

Are Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap and direct-booking facts consistent?

Progressive intake

Four short steps. Same safe Worker-compatible fields.

The form is visually broken into steps to reduce perceived length on mobile. Field names remain compatible with the staging intake Worker.

Worker connectedManual reviewD1-ready

Start the Property Score.

Complete the four sections below. The request is reviewed manually before any recommendation, platform action, guest action or supplier commitment.

Step 01

Property basics

Required: email and property location. Everything else helps the first review.

Step 02

Platforms and public context

Public links are optional. Do not send passwords or private platform admin URLs.

Step 03

Challenge and desired offer

Select the closest path. The score can recommend a different next step.

Step 04

Consent and safe submission

This is a request for review, not authorization to take external action.

Review trust model

Staging-safe: submission creates a review path. It does not authorize guest messaging, platform edits, pricing changes, payment collection or booking confirmation.

After submission

A clearer post-submit journey for owners.

The Property Score should feel like the start of a controlled owner review, not a black-box form submission.

01

Request enters manual review

SignalDeskHQ reviews the property context and public-safe information. The form alone does not trigger guest, platform, supplier or payment action.

02

Score/readiness view is prepared

The review checks listing clarity, guest workflow, owner approvals, platform consistency and direct-booking readiness.

03

Owner receives a next-step route

The recommended path may be Listing Review, Online Co-Host Desk, Direct Booking Readiness or a portfolio operating rhythm.

04

Approval comes before action

Public copy, guest promises, discounts, refunds, supplier commitments and platform changes remain owner-approved.

FAQ

Property Score questions before you submit.

The first score is designed to be low-risk, low-friction and useful before any paid pilot or deeper access.

Do I need to share platform passwords?

No. The first Property Score does not require Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap or direct-booking credentials. Public links and owner context are enough for the first review.

Is this automated guest messaging?

No. The current model is approval-led. SignalDeskHQ can prepare guest workflow drafts and escalation logic, but sensitive messages and unusual promises stay owner-approved.

What happens after I submit?

SignalDeskHQ reviews the property context, prepares a score/readiness view, and recommends the next step. No guest, platform or supplier action happens without owner approval.

Can this help Airbnb, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap and direct booking?

Yes, as platform-readiness and consistency support. SignalDeskHQ can identify gaps across platforms and direct booking, but it does not claim native OTA synchronization in this release.

Next step

The score is the safest first commercial step.

It helps decide whether the next step is Listing Review, Online Co-Host Desk, Direct Booking Readiness or a small-portfolio operating rhythm.
